Most Kenyans use garlic for its medical value. Garlic farming is quite lengthy but very profitable. Growing organic garlic can get you a slot on the export market.
- Fish farming
Commercial fish farming has taken over casual fishing at the lakes and rivers. The most popular fish to farm are tilapia and African catfish.
