2) Theme of the event
The company will host a traditional and classic BBQ in the coming summer. BBQ theme is chosen as such it never disappoints and people can put their twist on the classic theme by making their own and adding an individual element to the traditional culture of office BBQs. The décor has been inspired by a picnic and includes chequered tablecloths with lanterns as well as mason jars with sunflowers or daisy flowers and also including baskets comprising of loaves of bread, butter, and honey. The event will mostly take place outside and areas will be set up for family or group of friends and even other employees in the backyard of the venue.
