Introduction

The topic of gun control has resulted in diverging opinions due to its controversial nature as far as security is concerned. Federal has presented a clear procedure for acquiring guns and the laws that dictate owning a gun and under what conditions. However, the increase in crime cases reveals another dark side of the story of illegal gun ownership and illegal firearm business. This is essay aims to present credible and persuasive ideas that focus on how and why gun control is necessary and relevant. Death cases resulting from shooting from unauthorized persons have rented the economic, political, and social life, especially in the 21st century (Gunn et al. 2018).  Nevertheless, gun control is not a new topic in our society; it is as old as the crimes’ origin. Therefore the laws should take its course to fully govern and take control of this issue to create a peaceful environment that supports development.

The government should strictly control gun ownership.

Guns are the only weapons that will dictate and guarantee a crime; however, there a great connection between owning a gun and criminal cases, especially in this age of technology (Gunn, et al. 2018). The main agenda that comes into mind when this topic and gun control is brought for discussion is reducing criminal homicides. The lethalness and dangerousness of guns make it so easy to indulge in criminal activities. A study conducted by Kleck et al. 2016 reported high rates of crimes that are recorded as a result of illegal gun ownership in the United States. The connection between illegal and private gun ownership and high rates of homicide crimes in the United States has a significant impact. Private gun ownership contributes to these criminal cases.  Therefore, the relationship between uncontrolled gun ownership and criminal cases, especially homicides, is strong and confirmed. Therefore, it remains the federal government’s responsibility to ensure all the guns owned by an individual are licensed and acquired through approved means (Kleck, et al. 216). This is a sensitive responsibility that will ensure and secure our nation’s future and creates a conducive environment for economic growth, among other developmental agendas. The provision given by the United States government suggests that gun ownership to people below the age of 21 years old, through this ownership, can be controlled. As an avenue for other illegal businesses, the world can be safe. Gun control can extend to the management and overseeing the selling of guns. The law’s provision requires that persons under 18 years old can not engage in such business whatsoever.

The availability of guns can facilitate and enhance the level of aggression that can later corrupt people’s psychological minds; this can induce a feeling and a stronger urge to participate in crime (Kleck et al., 2016). Cases of terrorism have been increasing day by day. The main catalyst is the acquisition of an illegal firearm. The world is nursing wounds that were brought by robbers, terrorists, and other criminal acts. All these can be controlled and eliminated from our society when we embrace good legal strategies to ensure that gun ownership is according to the law.  Everyone who owns guns feels some exaggerated form of confidence that later induces a higher probability of starting a crime such as a robbery with violence and kidnappings. The weak might look stronger when they are in a gun position, and the docile will look confident when in the position of a gun. Such feelings are some of the top psychological and behavioral factors the will automatically lead to misuse of a firearm.

The rate of drug and substance dealing is rising in a society where the majority owns unauthorized guns (Reick, 2020). This can extend to human tracking to other complicated illegal businesses, better preventing early symptoms other than dealing with a real mess. The confidence that allows such businesses to thrive in our society is a threat to our country’s future. The operators and participants of these acts base their illegality and confidence on the illegally acquired guns. This calls for the responsible institutions to help secure our country’s future to improve the supremacy of the federal law and other supporting regulations. The brutality that accompanies guns’ illegal acquisition is projected to go high if no action is taken to control this menace that eats our society gradually.

When there is a high rate of crimes resulting from illegal possession of guns, there is a high possibility of interfering with human rights and freedom. A simple crime like threats can result in a more complicated like murder, and this directly interferes with the freedom of expression and the right to good life away from threats.  The main focus of the essay logically presents the importance of gun control and, at the same time, exposes the effects and danger that awaits people when guns are not controlled.  It’s not all about doing away with guns but controlling gun ownership and illegalizing all acquisition processes.  Inasmuch there is a less significant relationship between gun ownership and crime rates; there is a possibility of contradiction, so illustration and preparation are paramount. Treading on a more secure and safer ground where law abides is one of the responsibilities required of a citizen.

Gun control is a controversial topic to become. In every thirty-three thousand deaths in the united states every year, a good percentage is caused by Guns’ irresponsible use. About two-thirds of these guns are related to deaths suicide. The united states lead the entire world with more gun-related homicides, suicides, and any other country based on 2016. In 2016, the CDC reported that 11,008 of the 15,872 homicides were committed in the united states through guns.  The government has tried to make registration that controls the illegal use of a firearm. They have even gone ahead to burn the use of guns in the federal course, but many gun owners keep on defying and using the court to overturn the government’s decision. Many cases have been argued so many times in the court of appeal that prevents gun control. The same courts have reverted much design that relates to gun control.  There have been conflicting rulings that have contently brought confusion with the gun rights advocates argue that the supreme court should make a defining rule. The plaintiffs filed a petition for the case to advance accordingly. The supreme court was required to keep retraction in place that would support the use of firearms.  Proponent if more gun control has stated that the second amendment was intended for the militias that gun violence would be reduced that gun restriction have always existed and the majority of the Americans including gin owners support new gun restrictions

The defense department and security department of every nation require powerful and modern weapons; these include guns. The government, through judicial mandate and responsibility, has a perfect and confirmed procedure for acquiring guns. Therefore, guns are crucial and relevant as far as a country’s internal and external security is concerned. However, illegal possession of guns is the threat that shakes citizens’ economic power, political agenda, and social freedom.

It’s logical reasoning that when someone decided to acquire a gun through dubious means that are not allowed by the law, there must be a negative motive and intention behind such business. And this is the threat that this essay to trying to expose. Robbery with violence, terrorism, rape, and violation of human rights, among other crime case scenes, will be common in our society when guns are not controlled properly. Consequently, this calls for strictness and total control of firearms to enhance and promote our country’s safety. Focused and legal business of firearms will ensure centralized economic growth and expansion of the market; this is good news for the revenue department. Certain reality and understanding should sink in the minds of people who are acquiring guns illegally, that possessing a firearm needs a certain level of discipline and decorum. The topic of gun control is an issue that is not nearing its conclusion. This is because so many controlling agencies hold different ideas about the issue. This does not mean ha they do not understand the dangers of illegal firearms, but they feel that it is thru with any American to hold guns.
