Tendinopathy- is the inflammation or irritation of a tendon that attaches bone to muscle. The diagnosis will focus on signs and symptoms (pain on the wrist joint, especially when it increases gradually, loss of motion on the affected joint, swelling of a tendon, and malfunction of the affected joint, pain during an activity, and tendon thickening). MRI scan (swelling and detect any changes in ligaments and tendons) (Andres & Murrell,2008). Based on physical examination, the patient did not have a swelling around the affected area, thus no possibility of the condition.

Arthritis is a condition that causes stiffness and painful inflammation in joints. Diagnosis will focus on signs and symptoms (pain between the joints, swelling of affected area, affected area turning reddish, joint stiffness, fatigue, fever, and reduced flexibility) x-ray imaging( joint damage associated with rheumatoid arthritis). ( Alamanos, et al.,2006, December ). Joint aspiration (to rule out what type of arthritis from joint fluid). The patient does not exhibit any fever nor fatigue, neither does the affected wrist turn reddish, despite having other symptoms associated with the condition, thus ruling out the state.

Tenosynovitis-a painful condition in which the sheath that holds a tendon (the cords of tissues that connects muscles to bones) is inflamed. Diagnosis will focus on signs and symptoms such as pain, swelling, difficulty in moving the joint, joint stiffness, and tenderness of the affected area (Ilyas, et al., 2007). Physical examination (assess the area and see if it hurts). Ultrasound (confirm the case or rule out any other causes). According to the symptoms and signs that the patient has displayed, there is a possibility that tenosynovitis is behind the symptoms. Swelling is the only symptom that the patient does not show, but there is a possibility that swelling occurs after some period.
