Vaping in teenagers has become very popular and very addictive since it just started as a trending technology. The video mentions that these technology gadgets are very sleek and good looking for a basic condition. This kind of drug abuse gets into the teens through the flavors being offered. They are addictive since they are ultimately designed for smelly flavors, which are cool, just like food. The author of the video says that the drugs are fast in getting into the teen’s brains. This is due to the technology is cool and the drugs being appealing to the teens. Many teens use nicotine to make everything smooth and reinforced, which helps in dopamine neuron activation.
The following are some of the reasons mentioned in the video to be the cause of teens getting into Vaping.
Getting influenced by either one of your family members or a friend.
Friends can be very addictive when it comes to drug influence. According to the health center, it is said that teens get into Vaping because they see one of their friends do Vaping as well. For example, when grades 6 and 12 children see elder smoking, they will start smoking and test the feeling of being an addict. This is why the video says that manufacturers advise elders to keep medicines and drugs away from children.
The availability of different flavors.
In the video, it is said that the main reason why teens are Vaping is due to the availability of different flavors. The flavors are not bad, but good, since they are manufactured from industrial juices and candies. The Vaping due to flavors is different compared to the traditional cigarettes. We can therefore say that teens prefer the modern technology Vaping of flavors than the traditional tobacco one.
The low cost of Vaping
Many teens believe that Vaping is more cheaply compared to the traditional way of Vaping. This is due to the continued usage of the same Vaping equipment as the traditional way of using tobacco. It is believed that teens don’t have a lot of money to use the best box repeatedly without having to incur any other expenses again.
