Supply chain management is the controlling and processing of goods and services from the manufacture to the customers. SCM plays an important role in industries since it reduces the cost and improves the efficiency of goods supply. It helps in boosting the customer’s satisfaction. This is to ensure that the customers receive their best quality goods ordered. It also helps the customers to reduce their cost of operations.
