This is a diversified manufacturing company that is located in Saudi, it is known in the production of industrial polymers, chemicals, fertilizers, petrochemicals as well as the production of metals. Over 70% of the shares of this company are owned by the public investment fund of Saudi Arabia. The company has been listed as the largest company in the Middle East. This company is the second largest globally in the production of ethylene glycol and the year 2013 it was ranked as the fourth most abundant chemical producer in the world.
Location Strategy
The CEO of the company when he was giving his speech at an international financial conference he said that, the company is in a unique position that will help it leverage its operations and as a result also help Saudi Arabia as a country to reach its vision 2030 objectives and goals as a country (Chandran, Suresh, and Rahul Kasat, 200). According to numerous analysts, the company has created so many job opportunities in Saudi Arabia as well as in other foreign countries where the company has its branches as well as in the countries where its products are sold. The company carries out its operation in the Middle East, East Asia, China and in North America.
Human Resources
One of the critical elements of the long term strategies of SABIC Company is talent and therefore because of that, the senior leadership of the company understands how crucial it is to develop skills since they will help the company to realize its goals at the end of the day (Selami, 122). Besides that, the CEO of the company together with the senior leadership of the company is aware of the different stages of talent development will have different needs as well. Because of this, the employment value positions of this company are developed in three different brad bands, with the senior managers at the top followed by the middle managers and finally the employees who most of the time are at the beginning of their careers. Each of these bands has a customized curriculum whose primary focus is on the; training, coaching, leadership as well as change. However, regardless of the levels of various operations, those are carried out the action plans that are carried out for employee development remains common.
The company always takes an initiative of grooming the middle managers, to make them ready any time to accept tasks from their seniors, by doing this it places the company in a very good position in which they cannot lack people to run the company, in case of death, resignation or sucking because of one reason or two.

SABIC company should always, prioritize, the safety of all their workers, people in the vicinity of the company as well as ensure that the environment is safe and clean too. This is because the chemicals may be very harmful to both human beings plants and even animals.

The company is strategically positioned, something that has enabled the company to create a lot of job opportunities both in the local country as well as in foreign countries. Where the company is located, experts have analyzed the marketing strategies of this company, and for further improvement of the marketing strategies of their company, experts and the senior leadership of this company have discussed more of the marketing strategies. Finally, the human resource department has done a lot of good things for the workers and the company as it identifies talent and develops and above all it also grooms the middle managers, to make them ready to take the senior leadership roles in the company
