However, recently, we have observed that the number of buses has been reduced due to an unknown issue. For that reason, we are facing many difficulties to reach our destinations on time. In the morning, people have rushed to office or school, and the scarcity of buses can be felt more. Introducing new buses in this route, especially at the peak time, may solve the issue.
Therefore, I hope that you would consider my suggestion of enhancing the number of buses, which may help the people of this area, and in turn, will help you to gain more loyal customer base.
