They are clarity, being different, streamlining the inner and outer image, self-organization skills, commitment, positive communication, responsibility, relation-building skills and constant adaptation. In this business report, we are going to discuss the personal effectiveness strategies of Google CEO Mr Sundar Pichai along with his skills and behaviour towards the organization and his positive and negative impact of the skills and behaviour.

Success could not take the better advantage of him and no matter where he stands today, his feet are still very much grounded. He is literally unchanged by his sheer success. The CEO of Google should have clearly mentioned a clear representation of the thing that Google is open to all wide spectrum ideas. The controversy regarding the memo and the termination of James Damore should have been handled wisely by Sundar Pichai. He should have faced the situation head-on like a strong leader. The negative aspect of Sundar Pichai lies in the fact that he has failed to make many of the opportunities, and that seems to be a disappointment for some people.

In this business report, we have successfully highlighted the creativity, leadership and management skills and the positive aspects of the Google CEO Sundar Pichai. During his time as the CEO, Google, as an organization has grown immensely in terms of market reputation and product. His vision regarding the company and the goals he set for the company made him a visionary CEO. His basic behaviour and nature were very different from others. The human side and communication skills were the most impressive skills of a leader. However, some negative aspects due to some controversy landed him in a bit of trouble.
