Nestle company is a company that produce milk chocolates. Nestlé’s milk chocolate contains milk chocolate which was produced from Nestle and sold to different countries such as Canada and the US. The Nestle milk chocolate was created as a competitor to the Hershey bar. Nestle Crunch and Yorkie was made almost to resemble the milk chocolate, but the Nestle Crunch has puffed rice. There was a production of other brands by Nestle to compete with Cadbury Dairy milk.
BCG matrix is the growth-share matrix which helps the organization in the classification of the products. These classification categories are; stars, cash cows, dogs, and Question mark. Stars are those products which are in a high growth market and have a high market share, for example, the Nestlé’s Nescafe Coffee and Nestlé’s mineral water from Nestle. Cash cows are those products whose condition is in low growth markets and has a high share in the market example of cash cow product in Nestle is Nestlé’s Maggi Noodles. Dogs are those products which have low market share or low growth, and a good example in Nestle is the Nestle Milo. Question mark products are composed an industries part that is still in the development phase, but still, the organization has not created an important position in the same industry. Example of Question mark products in Nestle is Nestlé’s chocolates and confectionaries.
