Such powers are known to bring about change in how workers or followers behave. Ho Ching is an influential leader, a phenomenon owed to his excellent educational, working, and personal background (Hughes, Ginnet, & Curphy, 2005). She has complete control and authority over the large organization’s portfolios, which shows how much people trust her. She is involved in changing the manner in which people do business in the Asian market. She has urged investors to expand their markets and be resilient, which will bring great success in the region.
