Mr. Henok, I think after the small information we have shared, I believe that you are experiencing the challenges that come to most people in your stage of life in adulthood. It is also known as the Midlife crisis. When someone Lacks enough sleep, depression, physiological symptoms that don’t have a cause, saying true-feelings, reduced self-esteem, and casual sex. (Baglia et al., 2018). These are the signs and symptoms that anybody undergoing a midlife crisis may experience. I tend to indicate that you are experiencing this midlife crisis, but it is not weird to happen to somebody in middle adulthood.

Middle adulthood or midlife crisis can be experienced between sixty-five years and thirty-five years for different reasons. The midlife crisis is a heated time of stress, depression, and anxiety. Persons experiencing middle adulthood may undergo most of them always resort to start using alcohol or drug abuse, which is not the solution to help one in this middle adulthood. Mr. Henok, I advise that when experiencing this stage of life, you need to acknowledge that you are experiencing middle life adulthood from the friends and families during this time; one needs to have emotional support and connection. Additionally, getting a therapist’s help or counselors assistance is a good choice for the condition.

Mr. Henok, I understand that you are experiencing this stage since it is not a negative stage of life, but normal middle adulthood is not a permanent stage when it is managed in the right way. Different methods were used to handle the patients with a middle life crisis, and after some time, they were observed how they had improved on the conditions. The patients who received various treatment modes or therapy for the midlife crisis showed changes despite their age level.
