KFC is the world’s second-largest popular fried chicken restaurant chain. KCF addresses the challenge of sociocultural in that it offers different diversity of food choices of different cultures in the rest of the world. KFC also has workers with different cultures from different parts of the world. The team members of KFC give each other recognition cards and celebrates the achievement of others. KFC addressed political issues challenges by giving suppliers technological knowledge. Kentucky Fried Chicken abbreviated their original name to KFC since it had become associated negatively with unhealthy food in the name.
KFC strictly follows laws in each location to operate successfully. They follow the laws by filling the proper amount of taxes, sticking to labor laws, and ensuring that all the restaurants are up-to-code. KFC addresses the environmental issue by reducing the use of fossil fuel for heating. KFC has ensured the restaurant’s safety standards by not repeatedly using used oil during frying chicken since it is considered to cause cancer. There is clearing and sanitizing of tables and chairs after every guest visit in KFC, and there is also increased hygiene and provision of masks and gloves to team members. One meter distance has also been kept in the working place to avoid contact during the Covid 19 pandemic.
