In conclusion, healthy proportional PLAN plays an integrative role in minimizing the health disparity in a chosen community. However, such initiatives require proper resources allocation and total collaboration from the involved members. The health promotional plan is quite considerate on the healthy people 2020 goals and objectives as it highlights on the necessities that reflect on improving the health conditions of the group affected by (PTRD).
