In the case of a traumatic injury, the employee is eligible for continued payments for 42 days. A case that became so evident when my Dad had a work-related accident that kept him out of work for a full month. He slips off the slippery floor and rolled over into sharp objects on display that cut his right arm keeping him grounded and unable to walk.
I played a vital role in ensuring that the right metrics were developed to process the claim under the injury compensation program.
I educated the team on the need to claim compensation, reported the incident, and completed the injury report which ensured that the claim was made accompanied by supporting documents.
As if it is not enough, I prepared accurate, detailed claims that eliminated any elements of ambiguity thereby reduced chances of confusion that may arise due to uncertainty.
I ensured sufficient oral communication with the main aim of creating clarity in the installation process, training and even avoiding accidents related to poor handling of the equipment.
By ensuring that the writing is neatly done and the report properly prepared it is important to consider taking fast steps in ensuring that there is clarity. It is also important to have adequate knowledge of the laws of the federal employee’s compensation act that provides a legal framework for efficient workability.
Lastly being able to prepare case specifics does great as it helps solve unnecessary disputes thereby ensuring that the right protocol is followed. This is a key responsibility in ensuring that there are no cases of unfollowed and on the documented claim. With properly structured and well-organized claim efficiency, general productivity is hihgly improved
