Feed America has a robust code of conduct policy that ensures, volunteers, members, and the stakeholders follow a laid down rules and guidelines to end hunger and starvation. The set of rules include internet ethics, a dress code, and a unique address to bullying.
Feed America is 100% in support of the war against drugs and substance. To illustrate its commitments to saving and conserving lives, the organization has laid down a strong statement against drugs’ use and abuse. In its activities around schools, the organization takes time to speak to the children about drugs and how drugs will negatively impact their livelihood.
Feed America firmly adheres to equal opportunity policy by ensuring that it eliminates discrimination against prospective members, volunteers, and stakeholders based on race, color, and social class. The membership discourages the display of unwarranted behavior from members of the public, contractors, and the overall stakeholders that are part of the organization.

Staffing and attracting volunteers is also a challenge that is experienced throughout the not for profit organizations. Technological change and the dynamics of the change creates a particularly new challenge that calls for a complete overhaul of the organization.
