The paper aims to examine the mediated effecta of personal organization suitable on the relationship of workplace spirituality and perceived organizational support with innovative work behaviour. The study used a sample of 434 employees and 59 supervisors from five leading hotels in China. The findings of the study was that workplace spirituality and perceived organization support both positively affected personal organization suitable. Workplace spirituality personal organy fit and Perceived organization support influenced innovative work behaviour positively. Personal organization statutes as a mediator between workplace spirituality and innovative work behaviy and between perceived organization support and innovative work behaviour.

The research was conducted in in a hotel by researchers who studied the relationship between hotel employees work place spirituality, perceived organization support, personel organization fit and innovative work behaviour. Data was collected from hotel empy and supervisors from all departments of the international level five star hotel in Beijing, China such as from housekeeping, sales and marketing, accounting etc. The management of hotels were reached through email, face to face request and telephone and only five accepted to participate. questionnaires were distributed by two research assistant to the hotel employees and supervisors. The respondent was asked to fill the questionnaires and drop them at the receptionist desk qhery they would be picked after three weeks.

The questionnaires comprised of hotel and employee identification codes so that the Information collected from supervisors and subordinates grouped and matched the analysis, with every employee being given a new uniqy identification code. The researcher had the access to hotel department to distribute survey and keep the data confidential and no result be conveyed to hotel management. Tatol confidentiality of this survey was guaranteed to all employees. Subordinates surveys comprised measures of workplace spirituality, personal organization fit and Perceived organization support. The research was based on the employees of the hotel.

The research used two stage approach examining the convergent and discrinant validity of the measurement model using confirmatory factor analysis and examining the hypothesized mode. Cronbach alpha values of research variables such as mean ranged between 0.77-0.89 shoewing a good reliability. Validity was assessed on the basis implications of fornell and larcker 1981 that the ave value is supposed to be higher than the squared correlation among dimensions.

 

The study got a positive connection between workplace spirituality and innovative work behaviour that is an increase in work spirituality leads to an increase in the level of organizational behaviour of employees. Employees who were more spiritual and find the purpose in their work that helped them think creatively came up with effective solutions to problem solving and creation of new ideas. Personal organization fit mediated the connection between workplace spirituality and innovative work behaviour.perceptions of an employee of workplace spirituality positively influenced the way on how employees feel about work sorroundings and organization and how these feelings influence employees engagement in innovative work behaviour.

Positive effects of workplace spirituality on creative results can be reduced for employees who do not perceive their values and abilities to fit in with organizational values and demands. Employees with lower level perceived personal organizational.
