The recent global havoc has not only impacted the lives of individuals but also on the business firms to maintain the productivity level of the business. It has become harder for business entrepreneurs to strive in such a market environment where the market condition for the firm is highly unpredictable. Considering this situation of COVID-19 and its negative impact on the business performance of the firms, the researcher has intended to conduct research on the effect of COVID-19 on the architectural firms of New Zealand. The architectural firm of New Zealand has suffered from great economic loss, which has resulted in an unstable condition for the firm to operate successfully in the market. Moreover, this research work intended to find out the effect of Covid-19 on the architectural designer parameters of New Zealand based architectural firm. In order to conduct the research project successfully, the researcher has utilized the qualitative approach for collecting information from an organized survey among architectures, project managers, and designers. Along with this, the study is also taking help from existing research works for proper development to understand the adverse impact of this pandemic on the applied architecture design parameters. The on-going construction projects cannot finish the work within time because this pandemic negatively impacts on the design parameters of the architecture sector. This unrest situation negatively affected the investment process because investors do not want to invest their money in the construction sector for helping them in maintaining design parameters.
