Complexity
Several components, particles, and people communicate and react to their surroundings in a complex structure. The entities, the particles, are heterogeneous or otherwise in terms of their knowledge of facts. The interaction also includes data and information sharing ( Park & Mithas. 2020). In a complex system, no central control or central processing unit exists. For example, the bio-system is a complex system; the human brain is complex; its social immune system is involved.
Complexity can also be a dynamic process of a physical system or a state of being complicated. It expresses the degree to which an element interacts and engages within any organizational structure. High complexity is attained from processes that show a mixture of disorganized and organized. It can generate emergent phenomena, as it was highlighted by (Golowich et al.,.2018 July).
It majorly depends on the concept of a system that reflects the elements which have connections among it; hence, differentiate from relationships with other sets of parts outside the relational organization (Carmi et al.,.2017). This definition assumes that complexity shows a condition of large elements that a system has and different relationships among the elements.
One of the challenges when addressing complexity concepts has been formalizing and finding ways to simplify out the procedures, organizations, and dynamic processes with the aim of simplicity. The outcomes on simplicity are known to provide the challenge tools to effectively identify to simplify and solve the critical business, life issues, or work factors to be less complicated. The challenges are at least a preliminary way that can be managed and weaver perceived in differentiating between organized complexity and disorganized complexity.
Complexity in college
Complexity results in stress and anxiety, Adaptation: is a feature system composed of heterogeneity of students and staff who associate with each other, mutually affect each other, and in so doing, generate novel, new behavior for the system as a whole. The system continuously adapts to the conditions around it, and over time it evolves.
Complexity in life
Life is cheap, but we insist on making it complicated .an intelligent fool makes things bigger and more complex and violent. one needs to take a touch of genius and a lot of courage to move in the opposite direction. Grief and loss: Grieving is a profoundly personal experience. After separating from my beloved wife, I experienced a complicated situation adapting to a new reality. in life There is no right or wrong way to grieve, Multiple things depend on how you grieve, including your attitude and manner of coping, your understanding of life, your religion, and how vital to you the tragedy was.

The simplicity state is easy to use it but very hard to design. One needs to be more creative because it just doesn’t happen. However, it takes deliberate effort, commitments, and intentionality to emerge victoriously. However, an exhortation to simplify things is not enough. For example, the like of any tool, studying the simplicity of tools is needed. Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.
Amid unparalleled tension, individuals must manage a dynamic landscape of unpredictability while retaining creative thought. To be at our best in urgent situations, people may be friends with stress. By preserving creative thinking, individuals will reliably be performed under pressure to succeed under conditions of crisis.
Understand and Organize
By making many things feel like fewer things, a person is well on their way to simplicity. The organization creates a feeling of clarity. In life, the easier it is to operate through a process, the clearer it seems to be. However, simplicity before understanding is simplistic, as well, as, after the experience, it becomes simple.
