The application of panel systems on a building’s wall to preserve the exterior walls, frame as well as the structure of the building is referred to as a cladding system (Gonçalves, Stemmer & Pereira 2020). Different projects, as well as buildings, require other systems of cladding. A fitting system of cladding solutions can be used to solve any challenge of architecture. The things that should be put into consideration when making a project planner are scope and milestones. The content entails activities and tasks that must be handled so that the project can be completed successfully. Milestone entails the events that are in the project that have been gathered to break up the project monolith into more digestible parts (Chen & Hall 2020). The description, as well as the date of delivery, are found under the milestone phase. Other phases of the project plan are a list of tasks, durations, dependencies, and resources. Below is a project plan for the solution of the problem.
Scope.
- Comprehending the desire of large corporations and the views of authorities on their commitment to embracing architectural technology.
- Pursuing evaluation of the construction of high rise buildings based on historical facts.
- Emerging trends in the market today.
Milestone and task.
- Exploring the role of the cladding system on local administration as well as community businesses.
- Accounting for the quantity of work that has been done in the past up to date.
- Examine system development.
Duration.
- Comprehending the desire of large corporations and the views of authorities on their commitment to embracing architectural technology should take four days.
- Pursuing evaluation of the construction of high rise buildings based on historical facts should take two days.
- Emerging trends in the market today should take five days.
Resources.
- Members that make up a team.
- Equipment.
- Tools used in project planning such as WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), PBS (Product Breakdown Structure), Gantt Chart, and Logic Network.
- Workplace space.
Dependencies.
- Comprehending the desire of large corporations and the views of authorities on their commitment to embracing architectural technology should be completed first before starting to pursue evaluation of the construction of high rise buildings based on historical facts. The last task to be carried out will be finding out the emerging trends in the market today.
An account of the work carried out to date, difficulties encountered, how they were overcome, and work yet to do.
| Work carried out to date. | Difficulties encountered and how they were overcome. | Work yet to do. |
| The height of buildings erected in the year 2000 up to the year 2010 arose across the cities.
Use of cladding systems to improve the outward outlook of buildings. Enhancing of brick cladding methods. The use of metal, vinyl as well as composite resources for cladding.

Varying of emerging trends that obligates manufacturing companies to stay up to the competition. This hurdle has been overcome by architects accepting the usage of social media to search for up-to-date designs.
It is conserving the environment during the period of constructing buildings. This problem has been overcome by using energy sources that do not pollute the environment, such as wood. |
Encouraging the local community to choose to capitalize on the construction of high-rise buildings.
Analyzing of systems interrelation as well as economic viability during the construction of buildings. Setting up of policies by building construction authorities that inspire architects to invent various functions. |
Overall schedule.
| Time | Week one | Week two | Week three |
| 8 am to 1 pm | Discussing comprehending the desire of large corporations and the views of authorities on their commitment to embracing architectural technology.

During the primary research, I will interview people living in one of the high-rise buildings because these individuals have experience when it comes to issues related to high-rise buildings, such as the effects that high-rise buildings have impacted on the environment (Thord.et.al.2020). I will question them on the current trends in high-rise building construction, the benefits associated with high-rise building construction, the adverse effects of high-rise building construction, and the tools and equipment used in the construction of high-rise buildings obtained. The other primary research that is carrying out is the significances of investing in high-rise building construction.
My secondary research is about the current trends in high rise building construction. There is an increase in the emerging trends which architects to have information on the suitable cladding system for their construction of high rise buildings. I got this information from the online website. This is the link; https://www.e3s-conferences.org/articles/e3sconf/pdf/2018/08/e3sconf_hrc2018_01042.pdf.
I selected this information because of the increase in the emerging trends in the high rise building constructions, which architects need to be aware of so that they can understand the suitable cladding system to use on their buildings to attract more individuals, thus marketing the building. Below is my daily diary.

What a wonderful day!
I have always desired to understand the current trends in high rise buildings.
I managed to learn one of the trends in high-rise buildings, which are materials.
