From the video of “Jesus and the Kingdom,” I learned that the coming of Jesus resulted in the clash of kingdoms. According to the video, people were dead in their sins and trespasses following after the prince of the power of the air before the coming of Jesus. People were living in the kingdom of Satan, and they were doing the bidding of their king. However, when Jesus came, he did not behave neutrally because he started confronting Satan with the mission of redeeming people back to God. God, through Jesus, wanted to bring salvation in the world by defeating the kingdom of darkness and bring light in the world.

The Concept of Cyberspace Cyberspace The concept of cyberspace refers to a ubiquitous, continuously-growing and interconnected digital technology.  Technology refers to a sum of processes, skills, techniques and methods utilized by people in producing goods or services or accomplishing a scientific investigation or a carefully planned objective (Carroll, 2017). The aspect of technology may be constituted by the mere knowledge of the processes or techniques, or it can go further to include the machines’ embodiments to permit operation without the actual knowledge of how the machines operate. The simplest forms of technology refer to the use and development of basic tools. In the modern era, the term cyberspace is used by governments, industry leaders, military, security agencies, entrepreneurs, and technology strategists to describe the world’s technological environment’s domain, which comprises the global network of computer processing systems, telecommunication networks and information technology infrastructures. Previously, this term emerged from the arts and science fiction. The Oxford Dictionary defines cyberspace in the US as a national jurisdiction in which computer networks allow communication. Social interactions are what define cyberspace, and not…

Reflective Essay In my revisions, I have realized that I have achieved a lot in the semester as a writer. In my first essay, on Daisy and the ogre, I realize that I made several mistakes in my first attempt. However, on revising at the end of the semester, I have been able to develop the characters I had better, good description and use of the right adjectives. The plot has also been well developed and thus a good flow in the entire essay. It is evident that the semester has been successful, and the primary objectives have been achieved. As a writer, I have developed my essay writing skills and got a better understanding of fairy tales and other stories. My research question has also been addressed well in the second essay about the little red riding hood. The essay talks about a young girl sent to her grandmother’s house to take food from her mother. The mother had given precise instructions on why the girl should stay on the path without any diversions. However, the little girl was…

How COVId-19 has impacted the African American church Overview of the study It is almost one year into the Covid-19 pandemic that has taken over the world and stopped all normalcy forms across life aspects. The world has been on a standstill with the economy slowing down and social life being put to a stop amidst measures to contain the virus’s spread. The religious sector has not been left behind, especially with it being a key area for risk due to the gatherings. Different aspects typify the association between the Covid-19 pandemic and church. For one, the church congregation is a risk area for the spread of the virus, given the gatherings. Secondly, the churches were hesitant to shut down their masses, blaming the virus statistics on politics and failing to hinder the measures such as wearing masks, avoiding contact, and avoiding physical meetings (Wildman, Bulbulia, Sosis & Schjoedt, 2020). Thirdly, churches have paid a more massive price with the virus affecting many people, especially pastors and church leaders, due to infection contracted in church. Fourthly, the church has…

Death Punishment In countries such as China, the United States of America, and Iraq, death has been a punishment for legal crimes. Death punishment is a legal execution of offenders’ life through beheading, injection with poison, electrocution, and hanging when they commit a serious crime such as murder and drug trafficking. However, the constitutional amendments and revolution have caused a gradual change in capital punishment, which has significantly reduced the number of executions in various states in the world. There is a lot of debate surrounding the death penalty in the world. As such, I have engaged with my friend to address capital punishment’s ethical and constitutional issues. Dialogue on Capital Punishment Me: Death penalty is regarded as a cruel, inhuman, and degrading punitive approach.  But it has been the best penalty for murderers, rapists, and drug traffickers. What is your view on the death penalty? McGregor: Well, I agree with you that capital punishment sounds like the best approach to deal with arch offenders. However, we should consider the ethical issues linked to punishment. Punishment is made to caution…
