Coronavirus   Since the coronavirus outbreak, the most critical studies have been to determine all possible ways to transmit the virus. The SARS-CoV-2 virus harms the respiratory organs and causes challenges in breathing. Current studies reveal that human fluids are the primary transmitters of coronavirus. Human milk, one of the human fluids, has raised many questions on the possibility of its transmission of the virus from the mother to his/her breastfeeding infant. The reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test has been used to detect the possibility of SARS-CoV-2. On the other hand, the demand for human pasteurized milk has rapidly increased due to its optimal source of nutrients for infants. Mothers’ milk contains bioactive and immunomodulatory factors, which boost the infant’s immune system against respiratory tract and gastrointestinal tract infection. The holder milk pasteurization method is the primary milk preservation in the Human Milk Banking Association of North America (HMBANA) and the European Milk Bank Association (EMBA). This method involves heating milk at a temperature of 62.5°C for at least 30 minutes to inactivate germs and viruses. Unger S, Christie-Holmes…

Goal-Setting Skills Student’s Name Institutional Affiliation   Goal-Setting Skills Part 1: Goal-setting skills are important as they help adopt, identify, and maintain good social, physical, and health behaviors. I recently challenged myself to lose ten pounds by waking up early in the morning and running for five miles in less than forty-five minutes for a month. Participating in exercises had been a major challenge to me, and hence decided to come up with this goal and fully commit to it (Mohammed & Ismail, 2018). Performing the morning exercise goal helps both physically by reducing some pounds and also helps me fit in my social circle. For emotional and mental health, the physical exercises helped in reducing stress levels and tension associated with studying. The main reason for setting this health goal was to attain a healthy body and also be able to fit in my social circle as I was a bit overweight. Exercising daily has positive impacts on your physical body and mental well-being, which was an…

Introduction to world literature I have learned many new things throughout the whole course. Among the most important things I’ve learned comes from Willian Blake’s poem A poison tree. He discusses how anger can accumulate in case one suppresses it over a long time and turn into hatred. The hatred is then likened to a poison tree which the individual has planted and watered until it bloomed. However, the consumption of this fruit leads to death as it is from a poisonous tree. Still, the solution to conquering this anger is by communicating one’s thoughts and feelings with whoever has made you angry. With this, it is possible to avoid all the negativity and hatred that accrues in one’s heart. This poem has helped me improve my communication skills to avoid conflicts. Better communication ensures avoidance of anger and eventually resentment (Blake et al 1983). Another important issue was in the poem ‘The Garden of Love’ by William Blake. It discusses how religion opposes people doing the things they love and is a means to control people. Every human has…
