ANALYSIS OF PUBLIC SERVICES PERFORMANCE AT DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN CATATAN SIPIL LEMBATA DISTRICT The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of public services at Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Lembata Regency. This study uses the concept of performance measurement with 10 indicators, namely physical appearance, responsiveness, reliability, competence, politeness, credibility, security, access, communication, understanding. The data obtained were processed using the method of observation and distributing questionnaires to 90 respondents who were determined by cluster sampling. Based on the research results, the results of the assessment of each indicator of physical appearance were 80.4% in good category, 78.27% responsiveness in good category, 75.02% reliability in good sort, 66.09 in good category competence, 76.18% in good category good, 75.51% credibility good category, 70.22% good category, access 54.84% good enough, 77.47% good communication category, and 76.00% understanding good category.
