The study aims to study the relationship between nurses’ perceived stress and insufficient social support on job satisfaction among nurses working within a hospital environment.
This quantitative paper aimed to study the impact of clinical supervision on burnout and job satisfaction among the psychologists working in schools in a large urban district in Florida. The study applied the theory of work adjustment, three-dimensional burnout model, and triadic model of supervision.
Define Hypothesis
RQ1: if and to what extent do functional social support and perceived stress among the working nurses in secular hospitals correlated?
H01: There is no statistical significance on the correlation between functional social support and perceived stress among nurses working in secular hospitals.
H1a: There is a statistical significance on the correlation between functional social support and perceived stress among nurses working in secular hospitals.
RQ2: if and to what extent do functional social support and perceived stress among the working nurses in religiously affiliated hospitals correlated?
H02: There is no statistical significance on the correlation between functional social support and perceived stress among nurses working in religious hospitals.
RQ1: Are there differences in job satisfaction among school psychologists who receive compared to the ones who do not receive clinical supervision in urban school districts in Florida?
H0: There is no difference between school psychologists who receive clinical supervision with those who do not receive clinical supervision in urban school districts in Florida.
