Introduction:
When children grow and develop rapidly in the first five years there are four major areas of development that can be identified and these areas are, motor, communication and language, cognitive as well as social and emotional. The development of social and emotional aspects means the children are able to understand what they are feeling and what they need to expect when they are interacting with others. The positive social, as well as emotional development, is quite necessary as this development could influence the self-confidence of any children and their empathy as well as the ability in order to develop a long-lasting friendship or partnership. The social, as well as the emotional development of children, also influences all the areas of their development.

Importance of confidence in the early year’s education
According to Cleland et al. (2019), Educator’s in early childhood education, as well as care setting, plays an important role in providing Australians with an agenda for children’s health and wellbeing. It is quite important to develop confidence among the children to promote National healthy eating and physical activity by following all the guidelines. It is quite important for children to provide an environment where they can nurture these children in a positive sense of self, and this confidence will help them to feel a sense of emotional satisfaction when they will be able to involve them in making arts. Based on the findings of the paper published by Sabu and Rao (2020), to become a perceived speaker, it is required to have confidence in order to deliver a spontaneous speech. And it is quite required for every child to interact with an adult. The acquisition-related to reading skill is one of the crucial components which is required in early education. It is required that all the children from Age 3 to 5 need to understand how to negotiate their social experiences with the help of technologies in preschool. This will help them develop more confidence in order to interact with someone with confidence. By fostering self-confidence among children at an early age helps these children to gain some new experiences and learn their capability to learn new skills even though it can help to have high confidence levels in order to interact and react towards the present world. In addition, with the help of computing education in the early years, teachers can able to develop better confidence for the children in order to learn something new (Manches and Plowman, 2017).
Teacher’s role in developing children’s fine motor skills
According to Martino and Lape (2020), Define motor skills are essential for children to get successful education participation. It is to some with less emphasis on play-based learning. An increased expectation for kindergarten readiness has not quite achieved their development milestone that is why it is required that teachers need to play an important role in preparing these children with fine motor skills. According to Pitchford et al. (2016), Fine motor skills have been recognised as one of the significant foundations for development among children. It is decided into the role of teachers to develop fine motor skills and their relationship towards others in meditating the achievement of early educational support. Teachers need to develop better support for the development of the educational intervention. Teachers need to encourage the children to explore new capabilities with their hands as well as fingers. Based on the paper published by Musa and Ahmad (2019), Stated that it is required to enable preschoolers to exercise their small muscles in order to make diverse interests and it will make sure that by appealing certain materials in each area will help the small muscles of children to get habitual. A teacher’s role is to support children by providing some of the skills to develop these abilities by using certain materials and tools. It is important to understand the importance of early childhood education in the development of the country and the Malaysian government has begun to improve the quality of ECCE Curriculum by proper policies and legislation. In their PERMATA curriculum, the first three years are crucial in order to develop century as well as Motor skills and the role of teachers are very significant in order to support and encourage them to learn several things (Taha et al. 2020). According to Syafril et al. (2018), developing fine motor skills helps the children to control the movement by various activities along with the coordination of the nervous system and muscles such as fingers and hands. The role of a teacher is quite simple to allow his children to learn the skills with the help of simple activities which will help them to use these body parts in a certain way so that they are able to learn new things. Moreover, the role of the teacher is to provide proper direction and opportunities to practice. During the middle childhood years, the development of motor skills has improved in the sense of gross Motor skills as well as fine motor skills. Teachers need to design some of the activities and games that help to fulfil both the boys as well as girls concurrently to improve their motor development in the time of early education. As a child, the need to develop scrambling skills recognising shapes as well as a stage related to design as well as the pictorial stage will help them to understand a certain aspect of using fine motor skills. (Razali et al., 2018). Teaching method could be an imperative factor to transform the confidence level among children’s in Malaysia.
