Vijay Eswaran is the founder of the Qi group of companies in Asia. He is a Malaysian based entrepreneur. He was born in 1960 in Penang, Malaysia, and financed his tertiary education in the United Kingdom and the USA as a cab driver. Viraj studied at the London School of Economics. He is the founder of the Q1 group of companies in Malaysia. Viraj is among the best-selling authors and has written different books. He is the Executive Chairman of Q1 Group.

He started his North American career, where he worked with different companies like; technology companies and consulting companies. In 1998 he founded the Q1 companies; with this, he could join the entrepreneurs in Asia. The Q1 group offers retail, education, hospitality, education, real estate, and direct selling of goods. The company’s head office is in Hong Kong, and Lumpa.Q1 Group is in more than 20 countries. The company has been able to hire many individuals in different countries. Currently, Vijay Eswaran has established the Quest International School, which offers its services to over 2000 students in Malaysia.
