They, therefore, allow conversations with customers all the time. Some people argue that chat boxes are good due to their many advantages, like being used in various contexts like phone interactions. However, some dislike them due to their disadvantages, like their inability to solve complex questions. They also need training for them to communicate with customers.

The financial benefits of chatbox are they help customers in carrying out a variety of financial transaction safely and conventionally. Some of the financial transactions include reporting of cards, renewing strategies and addressing refund.

It can reach one billion in the year of 2018 through the use of the chatbox. The chatbox attempt to copy human interactions. It can use the chatbox to interact with customers all the time and hence attract a large number of customers. The implication of this, however, is since chatbox copy human beings, they will be unable to respond to misunderstanding when they come. They may end up frustrating customers at the end. Also, chatbox does not know when to look for an answer, when to seek clarity when to guide users to a human. This may be frustrating to customers.
