- The writer should do planning before he/she started to write by collecting all research and useful information.
- Should make the layout of the report clear and readable by breaking the text using headings and sub-headings
- Should edit and confirm if the report is correct and free from grammatical errors before the writer does submission
- The writer should make sure that the sentences are simple and short so that the reader can read it.
