War is such an ugly thing. When it happens, it comes with a lot of misery. People die, some are misplaced, and others get lifetime injuries while lost their beloved ones. However, there is a picture that was taken by Jarecke during the war in Iraq of a man who was burnt in the vehicle. The photo shows how the soldier died trying to rescue himself. “He was fighting to save his life to the very end,” Jarecke says.
In another war that took place in Vietnam shows a photo of “Napalm girl” that was taken by Nik Ut during the war. The photo shows a girl nine years with no clothes running on the road with some burning on her back. The girl had severe burning, which was after the bomb’s fire burned her clothes.
After Nick took the photo, he took the girl to the hospital. This photo was widely spread compared to Jarecke’s photo, although all photos were taken during the war. The reason why Nick’s photo spread was the situation the young girl was in. The girl was naked with some burnings on her back. Besides, the young girl was naked. Jarecke’s photo was about a burnt soldier who died. According to the picture, the soldier’s possibility to survive was low since the sand around the truck was scorched. In this case, the soldier was already dead.
The young girl’s photo was wildly spread since it showed how innocent children were suffering from war. The girl even loses her cousins during the war. These children could not fight for their lives; hence they are the most affected.
