Therefore, ethics are key aspects of the child care system where those responsible should have high moral standards. Parents and guardians

Parents should have high moral and ethical standards, and they should have the ability to provide the best possible context for childrearing. Parents should have good behaviors, which include dressing appropriately and avoid something provocative. These morals help children grow with the same behaviors; therefore, parents should act as an example. Good parenting helps children value their culture and develop a self-image, and this is by teaching them to be disciplined and ensuring they are involved in their child’s education. Besides, parents should ensure they provide a safe environment, and also they have access to nutritious food, clean water, medical care, and safe shelter. Thus, good parenting helps bring up responsible, successful, polite, focused, and determined adults who could have been reckless, irresponsible, and unsuccessful adults.

These are people who take care of children instead of their parents, and sometimes they feel like they are not recognized in the community, but their job is much more important. Some of the ethics they need to adhere to are; dressing appropriately helps in remaining comfortable and should ensure they avoid something provocative. Nevertheless, child care workers should maintain confidentiality by avoiding misuse of personal information. They should also maintain personal and professional integrity to perform their work with greater competence. Lastly, they should be at the front line to ensure they add value to the child by ensuring growth and development in life and educational matters. The greatest reason for upholding good morals is that this caregiver is close to the children; therefore, most of the things they copy from them, regardless of good or bad; therefore it may have positive or negative impacts in the future.

Pediatrics

These are health physicians who handle problems and sickness affecting children; they should have a broad understanding of medical ethics. Such as patient confidentiality, where they ensure every information regarding a patient is well kept and protected. When information gets out and knowing the doctor loses his license, it might also impact the community.

In conclusion, the child care system is crucial, and those responsible should have moral and professional ethics while handling children. Therefore, good child care systems become successful after the child has grown up and become a responsible adult.
