Reflection On A Business Organization Plan

Entrepreneurship is the most practiced form of business, which involves individual planning and initiating a project for a business’s success. However, in recent days, there has been a rising trend where old rules of entrepreneurship are regarded as barriers, and people are focusing on new rules to make a change in business sectors. Some of the new changes are totally great ideas for perfect business strategies. Some people believe that starting a business without a plan is an assured failure, while some disagree with the motive. Speaking of successful businesses with potential clients, I recently started my project plan and ventured into a business organization. I realized that some skills I learned are good factors that could help make a good future (Venkataraman, S. 2019).

The first skill I gained is patience. Starting your own business organization is fun, and with a revolutionary idea, you will be eager to start immediately. Being patient is the last thing some will think of. However, how much time things take has in mind the virtue of being patient because it prevents you from rushing into undecided decisions that may lead to your organization’s downfall. The other skill is the act of being focused. The life of a business person is to revolve around almost all sectors in the organization. From marketing to accounts, and this may be a tiresome and a bad idea. The success of an organization depends on how well you can focus on a few agendas. Put your plan together and decide mindfully. And the last skill is what makes you unique. All people are unique one way or the other; every person has their own qualities and experiences. Still, they all depend on how often you appreciate what you have and put them into action to administer change for the future of the organization and society. For instance, you may decide to inspire other entrepreneurs in venturing new business ideas.

All businesses are subjected to change, either to a success or a failure. Some organizations, however, may transform from one state of affairs to another. From my business plan project, I learned that there must be some changes in the organization’s environment to bring change in an organizational center. It may be a change in technology, which hugely affects the success of every organization. In every sector of most organizations, technology is always used one way or the other. I’m always surprised that one or two techs are lying there just waiting or doing some purpose in every office. I also learned that workplace demographics are part of the major changes that determine an organization’s future. In instances where An organization has a powerful and willing workforce, the organization is certainly on its way to success. Other changes revolve around organizational culture, politics, and globalization. They all affect the changes in an organization in different ways. Some lead to a successful future, while some lead to failure. However, I realized that I need to learn more about technology and see how it can negatively affect an organization.

The organizational culture revolves around the business environment, whether outside or inside the sectors. It is always the idea of an entrepreneur to determine where to locate the organization and observe society’s culture around the business. What is being offered in the organization should be positively accepted by the community to run effectively. Culture plays a very critical role because a business can never run where the community does not appreciate its value and what it gives. However, organizational changes can be used as a motivational tool to appreciate your employees for the good work they have done. When employees put good work into action, as a manager, you can build a section in the business for each employee as a private room or an office for every employee. If they accept your reward positively, they’ll reflect your effort to the organization by working hard to succeed. From all the above skills and changes, they are good ideas that I decided to take positive, and I have a plan to start a standard business a few years down the line. From the skills I have gained, I’m sure that I will not repeat the mistakes that some entrepreneurs make when they assume the most important skills required to run a business successfully. I’ll also ensure to observe the community’s cultures the technology and ensure every employee is in a good environment needed for quality work in the organization.
