Personal Statement
Due to the fact that I have an interest in human resource management, I would like to apply to the University of the UK to allow me to pursue my desired career in human resources. I would like to state that I had a natural inclination to enhance the ability to be good at organizing events that were seen at my tender age as I was growing. I like working with different people in a similar environment, characteristics that were seen at my tender age at the high school and college level. Therefore I would clearly support the fact that human resource incorporates numerous skills that I possessed at an early age. The key elements that support my dream of studying human resource management are the skills I have and the degree in Bachelor of Business program. Following my academic reference from my lecturer and course coordinator for professional interpersonal skills courses where I demonstrated high professionalism and a degree of maturity in the approach to this study. I graduated diligently with a good GPA of 6 out of 7. Therefore, I would like to convince the university administration that I will do my best as ever before since I have knowledge and skills that can support my career.
The level of my preparedness to study this course can be observed from numerous pieces of evidence that will prove my ability to handle the career of human resources properly. First, the academic recommendation letter elaborates and explains the traits I had while doing a Bachelor of Business degree. Here my lecturer proves that I successfully participated in all assessment tests and completed all the assignments that were given by then. I attended the lecture hall or classes regularly at the time I was doing the law for business, where I produced high-quality work, thereby enhancing me to achieve the overall distinction grade. During the course, as stated in my academic recommendation, I demonstrated commitment to my self-responsibilities, studies, and proactivity inappropriate seeking guidance and feedback when needed. However, academic reference also proves my preparedness to study human resources at a higher level. The academic reference, as stated by my lecturer, indicated my performance in terms of my professionalism and degree of maturity during my approach to studies, through my reputation of good performance, which diligently enhances me to graduate with a GPA of 6 out of 7. I cooperatively work with other students, which indicates how my study ethics was reliable and attentive, as indicated in the academic references. Therefore, I would support the fact that I am ready to undertake any post-graduate challenges, and I believe I will overcome them to enhance my career success.
As a degree holder in Bachelor of business, I have gathered numerous skills and knowledge that will help me to pursue my career and even perform good work as a human resource in any company in future. There are numerous skills and knowledge that I have learned, which will help me as a human resource manager in future. The leadership skill is a crucial requirement for human resource, which is directly in touch with the employees. Therefore, as a leader, I would ensure there is sound decision making, flexible communication, transparency in communication, practicing equality, among others within an organization, thereby will enhance better productivity. The other known skill that I had practiced several times is the skill of embracing teamwork. Teamwork is an essential part of an organization, an institution or a company. For instance, I encouraged teamwork at the time I was in college to help other students realize the power of sharing and working together; hence was able to solve different problems that arise within our study group. The communication skills help me to communicate my opinions to the intended individuals; therefore, it will help me to secure my career since being a human resource communication is the key to success.
The ability of linguistic diversification is also another important skill that requires a human resource to be able to speak in numerous languages. Since I can speak English, French, Spanish, and Arabic enhance me to qualify for a human resource career study since I’ll be able to handle the different calibre of individuals.
I can conclude that following my presentations and evidence supporting my interest in joining the University of UK to study postgraduate in the human resource will be my pleasure. My ability to demonstrate my skills can reflect the personal strength to handle human resource studies and its environment. This is a valid truth since I have a passion for studying human resources at the University of the UK. I would like to request an opportunity to join the institution as a postgraduate individual to pursue the course of human resource management.
