Nursing has alternated over time from nurses being called witches until now, where a nurse is a leader and a great caring activity. Still, defeating the conjectures of nursing being wrong, nurses had to work as a group to care for the sick or the ones in agony (Schober, 2016). Time had alternated from the time when Florence Nightingale used her pillars to help with the sick during the Crimean War until now that we have numerous areas of education and go after evidence-based practice (EBP). Yes, Florence Nightingale was an establisher in nursing, which then brought about attempting to be there for the ill.
During the time of The American Nurses Association, there was no licensing control occurred in the nursing area, which generally worked to better nursing care for soldiers (Schober, 2016). Its objective is to bring measures for nursing diligence and increase the working condition for registered nurses. Florence Wald was curious about nursing after depleting a big deal of duration in a hospital as a child because of a breathing sickness. She worked as a nurse, instructor, and investigator all over her career. Wald launched a hospital agenda that supported in-home care for individuals with the life-menacing illness.
Eddie Bernice Johnson started developing nursing education as the nursing profession grew promptly. Job chances for registered nurses are supposed to rise by 16 percent until 2014. Registered nurses provide patient care and give emotional advice and guide patients and their loved ones. As the healing role resumed to improve, nurses exercised the role of training, investigating, leading, and managing and giving advice (Schober, 2016).
