The organizational capabilities of the Force are defiant with organizing established field mission-ready organizations. The power to establish these field mission organizations lies in the need for a development process to strategize the process. The force development includes the specified military strategies such as the Defense Strategy, National Military Strategy, the Strategic Planning Guidance. These organizational dockets foster the ability to modernize, generate and organize mission going army crews. The visionary of the Army demands to form a well-prepared unit that is at all time ready to take the task and get down to a mission. This particular mission should be able to be done within the framework of the operation’s doctrines and concepts. These Concepts create hypotheses and questions about the future as the doctrines give the evaluation answers on the preparedness of the organizational units for the missions. The development process of the Force interacts and interfaces with the material systems acquisition management of the process. The capability of an organizational group is a composition of adequately trained people equipped with senior equipment; its leaders should be thoroughly competent and employ all-encompassing doctrines that bring about preparedness to his officers.
The United States Army Futures Command is a state army which aims to modernize the Army. It currently emphasizes the six modern priorities. They include:” Long-range Precision fires, The next generational combat vehicles, the future vertical lift platform, Expeditionary and Army networks, The air and missile defensive capabilities and finally the Soldier Lethality.” The cross-functional teams are vital to the reform of the process of acquisition as they are the Future Commands for the vehicle. This modern unit was created in 2018 in the form of the peer to TRADOC, Army Material Command, FORSCOM and other Military Commands which provide doctrine and training plus special material. The other Armies commands their focus on their preparedness to “Fight Night” at the time when the nation calls them. Army Future Commands puts their focus on future-readiness to compete with their competing peers who have also updated their capabilities. The full functional operations of the AFC recognized as the Full Operational Capability (FOC) was in July 2019 (McCarthy 2019). They were allocated thirty million in the FY2020 budget for the facilitation of the topmost six modernization priorities for the period of the five years. This amount was accrued from eight billion in advance and twenty-two billion in terminations. This financial boost looks to see the success of more than thirty projects. These projects are visioned to be the primary sets for the continuum of conflict over the net period of ten years, in the conclusion of the Army Futures Command elements of growth and being prepared to be mission-ready there three elements that they have to adhere to the latter. This includes assessing the gaps and opportunities, giving threats and conceptualizing for the reliability of the future systems. The AFC also need to check on the matter of Combat Development and Command systems.
The current national security strategy entails the application of alliances targeting to fight against terrorism, radicalization and other forms of violence. Therefore, confirming that the NSS will rely on the formation of such partnerships. The combination of power structures depends on the input of particular strategic associates. It, therefore, entails the dependence on thoughtful managers both within and outside the area (Mahnken,2018). This helps us to understand that NSS is not only about military involvement as many people perceive that the department serves to clear possible threats. This is evident from the successfulness of the military strategies the United States adopted. The technique used by the NSS and NDS is implemented and utilized by foes and competitors worldwide. The measures also address the leading problems worldwide and direct on the appropriate remedies to conquer the challenges should one occur. The current international context is categorized with foreign rule analyst in two camps, hence, making it easier to understand order worldwide.
The National Military Strategy (NMS) offers a combined Force outline for progressing and safeguarding the general interest of the United States of America. The NMS is under the law and mirrors an inclusive review which is conducted by the Chairperson together with other associates of the combined chief of staff and other united combatant associates (Borghard, et al., 2018). The NMS should offer a description of their strategic environment, problems, and opportunities that impact the United States’ national interests. Similarly, the National Defense Strategy (NDS) is formed by the defence’s secretary and signed by the secretary. Therefore, the NDS serves as a guide in the department of defence; hence, the NDS is accountable for interpreting the National Security Strategy. This document is signed and given by the United States President through the military board. The guidance provided by the NDS consists of military strategy, planning, force posturing and transformation. The U.S government has made it easier for its republicans to access the services provided by the NDS. The document is revised and generated after every four years and seen also seen to guide the actions of the National Military Strategy. Both the NDS and NSS are vital documents more so to the political ties of the nation. The American government should produce and release these documents to allow the other states to see how they handle their military department. This is because such documents might assist other countries control, monitor, and, manage military actions to prohibit violence.
In summary, the American national security strategy should address the numerous problems. This is because many social issues categorize the world and the United States is a state is also accompanied by such challenges, hence, forcing it to come with suitable security strategies to create peace within the nation. More importantly, the NSS must put into consideration the variables to enable it to solve current national problems and confirm the effectiveness of the strategies applied. The issues are wide-ranging Islamic radicalization and violence, specifically in Europe. The American government should put into consideration the increasing dominance of China as well as that within the Asian region. The strategy regularly involves closer collaboration between America and strategic associates. Therefore, the United States government must be steadfast in applying transitions in Europe, like relocation of NATO bases to prohibit Russian hostility and assure the security and safety within the area. The U.S finds it imperative to deal with radicalization originating from the Middle East. The addressing by the United States security strategies is purposed to instil peace at its borders, leading to good relations of many states worldwide.
