Research Emerging Network Enterprise Applications
The emerging enterprise network applications with the immense changes in the Information technology infrastructure with the increase of cloud computing and virtualization has caused most networks to be under immense pressure. The networking industry is rapidly evolving. As such, there are various emerging enterprise networking applications, which include cloud computing, groupware, and VOIP.
Groupware is mainly used for chatting and video conferencing for most professionals. Most companies such as Google and Apple have offshore and onshore offices; hence, they majorly employ groupware systems for internal communication purposes(Kamau,2011). Groupware is the most interesting network enterprise application. It is the most interesting because, at my workplace, we mainly use skype business to outlook the internal communication within the organization.
Cloud computing is the way in which companies use infrastructure. The network enterprise application has many features that companies can use and later pay per their usage(Knorr,n.d.). The application is interesting to me because it equips me with several devices vital for machine learning; hence I do not need to expound my laptop RAM since I can access everything online using the cloud computing service providers. VOIP is the voice over the internet protocol. Companies using VOIP only pay for the internet (“What is VOIP?” 2020). The network enterprise application is interesting because in my day to day life, I use VOIP since it decreases the costs that would have been spent in communication.
