Celebratory speech
Thank you, our master of ceremony, for allowing me to address the congregation in our graduation space today. Our lecturers, parents, staff members, and fellow students appreciate your presence to celebrate with me. We had other businesses to take care of, but we choose to come to the ceremony. Thank you all for the efforts and considerations. We feel humbled and appreciated. It is my honor to deliver this message on behalf of the student body. It has been four years since we enrolled in Dixie state university to undertake a course. Everyone came intending to establish in four years. Fortunately, most of us had no idea that additional activities that help to embitter individual behaviors and characters will be experienced still in the learning duration. Sharing experiences, views, and opinions has enabled us to develop and multiply our knowledge. We have learned a lot that is more than we expected to learn. The experience around the school environment and our fellow students’ has been educative. Interacting in our learning activities and even social life enabled us to learn from each other. Modelling our behaviours together, we also learnt that helping one another is important for our survival. We are who we are today out of the undertakings that made us better in the Dixie state University. Our lecturers we acknowledge you for helping us hit our target in Dixie state university. Completion of the course successfully up to a graduation level this day, would not be possible without you. The hard work you encompassed to us made us to realize our capabilities and develop new skills to sharpen our future. You pushed us to meet the guideline requirements in the university. This would have seemed like a punishment but it enabled us to match our capabilities. Not forgetting our incredible support from our parents, we feel much humbled today being here with you as we celebrate our success. Since day one of enrollment in this institution, you have fed us with advices and full support to keep moving towards our goals. We are all aware the sacrifices you made to provide for us an d ensure we were comfortable in school. The great love you showed us gave us the motivation to keep pushing towards achieving our goals in the university. You never got tired to remind us on the importance of focusing to achieve the best for a good future. The discipline we had in our lifestyleS was obtained from our parents. The support staff, your role is not taken forgranted in our goal accomplishments. The place we had for our studies was always clean and the environment was conducive to facilitate better understanding. Arrangements neccesary for all learning activities were well taken care of even without our concern. Also, you protected us with the maximum posiible security providence. The legacy we have created was out of our efforts all together. The institution connected us to curricular activities that sharpened our talents. We had the chances to do better out of the book life which helps us to focus on the future. Others got opportunities to utilize their talents in todays’ world, earning them a shilling in return. The rushing minutes we have had to classes will forever be a memory in our lifetime.
Speech Outline
The speech was necessary to thank every individual who supported the students in their school activities until they completed their course. Showing gratitude for the support we received, especially from our parents and lecturers, was the speech’s main aim. Attaining the graduation points would not have been possible if we were on our own. I felt I should give the speech to show my gratitude to all those who supported me. The four-year journey enabled me to learn a lot, which made me happy. This happiness would only be shared by giving a speech to the congregation present in the graduation space. The words uttered would show the pleasure in me and how thankful I am to the people who had my back for the four academic years spent at the Dixie State University. Our lecturers submitted themselves fully to the tasks and responsibilities of adding knowledge to us while learning. For example, when the weather is not favorable, they would still find a way to make sure the lesson is taught. The time set for learning activities was utilized well with the help of our lectures. The learning activities were sharpened to shaping our behavior and thoughts. The attitude our lecturers shared for us was super helpful in our life. The studies gave us a sense of managing our own time and activities for our benefits. We could have been missing classes and examinations, but we were trained to organize ourselves effectively in all our activities. Better perception and opinions were visible in our minds after every lesson they shared some knowledge with us. Our lecturers enabled us to differentiate between the fictional worlds that we always think exists to the real world that we would ace after campus life.
The achievements accomplished together with our lecturers will enable us to have a better future. The ideas we have about the life we are about to face are applicable in today’s society. The expectations modeled in the right manner encourage us to face the world with the uncertainties it can bring. However, we can squeeze every opportunity that comes our way. The capability to handle different issues respectfully and applying the best ethical means applicable in the scene captured in is good conduct for a graduate. Maintaining a good reputation despite the occurrence or situation is a good point we achieved from our learning activities. In the future, we will be capable of managing our actions, doing the right thing at the right time. We will always remember the words said by most of our lecturers that,’The future lies in our hands; it is our responsibility to mold or destroy the future.’
Everybody present in this congregation has unique characteristics and capabilities that are useful in different fields. The efforts laid to the impressive capabilities determine the results an individual can get from their activities. Nurturing talents and developing new skills every day should be the goal for every person. The goals should be clearly outlined to enable individuals to follow up on the strategies aligned to the goals set to achieve. No one was created with extra powers to achieve their goals and dreams in the world. Hard work is the method that differentiates us from the rest. We should all be focused on achieving our goals in life with every set activity for a day fully accomplished at the right time.
