Chapter 1

Introduction and Historical Background of the Church

• Establishment of the Church
• What are the mandates of the church?
• Review of the existing Strategic Management (if any)
• Process of strategic plan development
• People-based approach (participatory)
• Documents review
• PCEA master Plan (if any)

Chapter 2

Institutional Analysis

• Role of Beulah in National Development (does it have a role in achieving vision 2030?)
• Institutional capacity analysis
• Human Resources
• Facilities and Equipment
• Policy framework
• Funding
• Achievements of Beulah
• Constraints and challenges

 

Chapter 3

Situational Analysis

(Although it may not be necessary to use all the following tools, we shall use the one that would derive the most value. We also have the discretion of using all the three, if needed)

• PESTLE analysis (what are the political/Economic/social-cultural/technology/legal and environmental issues that affect the operations of the Parish
• SWOT Analysis (Identify internal Strengths and Weaknesses that boost/hamper the objectives’ achievements. What are the Opportunities that could be exploited by the Parish and what Threats to be avoided?)
• Stakeholder analysis. Identify all the stakeholders. What does each stakeholder expect from Beulah Church? What does Beulah expect from them?
