When the team is made up of people of different skill sets, it helps in enhancing the overall performance of the team as the tasks are shared and does not rely on any person in particular. However, in case the employees are not considerate of each other and focus only on their individual goals, the team fails to complete the projects and assignments on time. Also due to lack of coordination among the team members, there are great chances of mistakes and loop holes in the project delivery (Tripathy, 2018).
