Teachers can effectively inspect students’ personal biases and design learning experiences, leading to cultural curiosity and engagement, racially, and linguistically diverse.

Ideally, consideration of a student’s cultural knowledge and norms helps to facilitate compelling comprehensive and mathematical reading. It is believed that culture drives how brains process information; therefore, teachers can link the new knowledge with the knowledge that is already known by the students. In regards, cultural texts and materials make work easier by leveraging the students existing neural pathways. For example, students with strong oral ethnicities are superior to learning new information through storytelling or music. It can be achieved through parental and guardian educational programs also through the use of home language between teachers and parents helps to achieve multicultural goals. Parents can facilitate discussion sessions, cultural films, and speakers to inform their children with aspects such as racism, gender expression, identity development, sexuality, family diversity, and learning differences.
