A mixed-method of research
It is widely understood that strategy report implementation is one of the most crucial things in a business that leads to more business success. This writing is focused on showing how the performance of a business strategy towards better business outcomes. There is a belief that strategy implementation is often not well streamlined in public organizations, unlike in the private and footwear industry. This study focuses on incremental strategies expected to increase business performance overtime after a successful review of the team’s business strategy game. Besides, there is a review of the culture, which is another character in an organization as a tool for enhancing its performance. Here, our team gets to examine the combination of effects on both strategy implementation when it comes to a company’s culture. In doing so, the research intends to give more details on strategy implementation success regarding the company’s culture.
A mixed-method of research was implored. Several teams participated in a business strategy game in which they collected reports on the different methods they used for the regions they were assigned. Nonetheless, a strategy implementation method was implored, where most of the company’s metrics were evaluated. Both practical and theoretical conclusions to the findings are discussed and recommendations to what the team thinks the business needs.
