In the work experience, the main thing I get to experience is that this company invests in different ways and maintaining quality. This company has held the quality and export the oil and gas products and services in other countries. It is the largest company in the UAE and provides its services all over the world. The lesson I learnt in the work experience is that work hard and solve problems in different ways. This company has well-trained employees, and it also performed a task in many other ways.
If a graduate, I should prefer to work into this company because, in the above discussion, we read that this company has held many other skills and training programs for their employee, especially this company invest in the educational fields. So if I have the opportunity to work in this company it should prefer because I learned many things in this company, due to highly professional staff.
This company has not affected the students’ future career, but this company has to must employ so the new employee very hard to take place in this company. From that point of view, perhaps the company affected the future career.
There is much other development which is a need in the company the main thing is that this company should be developed a sub-company all over the problem to make better prorated. In this way, different people work to gather and solve every other issue in a straightforward manner.
