They appreciated these both companies’ services and customer services. But customers happy for UPS company more than FedEx. I prefer UPS company for shipping because when I compare few customers experience few are frustrated about the FedEx company because they have notified that package is received on the other hand they not received their package. Some people lose their more than $300 and one of the customers said I never used again FedEx for shipping. But on their other hand some customers have same issues with the UPS company but UPS company has less issues about shipping but FedEx has more. UPS also has bad reviews about shipping but FedEx has more than UPS company. So that’s why I prefer UPS company for shipping and send package for anywhere in the world.
