Perception data
Perception data is vital in school because it provides answers to how students are unique in there after school counselor intervention. The data helps as quantitively support to highlight students’ improvement during the course intervention, offering more effective advocacy during the counseling classes. To shows the school self-perception to that of the community image of the school. The perception data is seen as part of the strategic planning process. It means the school achievement plan is a result of perception data.
The study aims to validate the reason that causes dismal in the performance of students in science and how it can be rectified. Therefore, it examined the relationship between student’s perception and the science activity among the school children.

The intuitive recognition or appraisal as moral, psychological, Insight, discernment is an artist of rare perception. As long as there are teachers, there must be efforts to evaluate the best constructive means to determine teacher’s effectiveness. The research has shown that administrators evaluation impacts little to improve the struggling teachers. The process of answering questions was adopted during data collection.

The students asked how they think if the handle will improve their overall performance, more so in the sciences. The school administration wanted to find out which means it is best suited to improve the student interest and encourage more to take science subjects. The student’s response was varying; hence there was a need to understand and analyze the data collected. The table below shows the answers as it carried out.
The study was critical as it helps the administrators to detect why there was a drop out in the performance of science subjects as students highlighted different problems. Students were not happy with science lessons from the data collected as the majority preferred science lessons done in the morning. The number of teachers should increase as the science teachers were few in the school.
After the severe evaluation of the data, the administration decided to change the school timetable; therefore, all sciences lessons moved during morning hours as most students preferred it.
The study aimed to determine if working with students’ perception feedback as part of a comprehensive teacher evaluation process can lead to a performance increase. Do student perception answers push teachers to rethink and improve their performance? How do teachers take student feedbacks for personal growth and administrative evaluation? Do the teacher’s mind change after receiving the data? Do students respond to help the teacher with set goals targeted? The school communities are composed of different stakeholders: parents, teachers, and student, so for the well-being of the school, all the participant has to do their parts.
Collecting data from the large population is difficult, so there are other means it could be simplified the process of eliciting feedback back from all the participants. One of the best ways is through surveys, as is very efficient. The aims for respondents to have a diverse range of response. The other way is through interviews though it is time-consuming as is done one by one. However, it is essential as it offers the opportunity of one on one answering of the questions asked.
The paper evaluates the school’s resources’ importance as student views and attitudes are understood using students. The outcome shows that students have different opinions than the teachers and parents think about improving science subjects. The significant impact on students’ perception of science needs to be addressed to start enjoying other topics. The best validity concerning science in school found, making the study successful as the cause of poor performance in the matter was established and addressed accordingly to make an impact.
In conclusion, the fear of the science subject among students is established as most students have negative minds when it comes to science. They take it as a challenging subject without making an effort to understand it and work to improve their performance on the same. Parents need to play a role in encouraging their children the importance of doing science. Teachers should come up with a way of simplifying the subject to make it appear easy to students. The students that perform in science to be rewarded.
