Subject: New Shipment Arrival
Hi team,
Our company recently purchased new garments and Haut couture clothes for our new clothing line. The shipment is on its way, and it is expected to be here in a week. Due to this, all managers are required to get ready to receive the products. Managers must organize their employees so that logistics can be well handled and the shortest time used. All managers are also encouraged to laisse with the office so that they can confirm the dates they are scheduled to receive their products.
It is important to note that the packaging from the new shipment is different from our previous ones. Due to this, all stores are encouraged to clear up their storage facilities to create room for the new products. After the shipment arrives, the nearest stores will be the products first. Shipments will be done mostly in the evening so that there is little disturbance in normal daily activities. Managers should come up with work shifts, so that unboxing can be done in the shortest time possible.
To maintain a good management system, managers need to ensure that the procurement department has received orders, signed all documents with proper supervision, complied with a scorecard measurement system to track values and number of orders, and reviewed all items by making sure they are in perfect order. Managers will also be required to manage all the inventory and make sure accurate records have been recorded.
