I often find myself having the urge to explore an opportunity to prove to myself to get smarter and more substantial. I am never afraid of challenges, and therefore I believe I have global mindset.
A leader who have a higher global mindset always have an advantage over other leaders in that he or she
is able efficiently lead a group or an individual. The leader has the ability to handle situations in an ambiguous, uncertain, and ever-changing environment. I believe that having a global mindset I will have the ability to operate a global business. The global mindset ill help me as a leader to have understanding and be open in business differences, cultural differences as well as have an effective influence to the stakeholders involved. A global mindset ought to help me as a leader to engage in foreign cultures innovation, participate in global marketplace, and organize across various local customization and global standardization.
