The directive leadership style suits me because I like it when I train others to execute tasks according to their instructions. Hence, they become able to work with deadlines and develop a high sense of responsibility. I want to make employees understand the organization’s vision and mission and then give them directions on what I want to be done. I w8ll set quality standards, deadlines, and assign them tasks. No excuses are expected, and they need to accomplish the tasks within the set time. I am also good at communicating what I want without being arrogant. I am also good at ensuring that rules are followed later, so that thig s ago as expected. Without discipline, the set agenda cannot be realized. I am a person who knows how to control people by ensuring that they operate within the set boundaries.

Bill Gates was working as the Chief Executive Officer at Microsoft before retiring in 2008. He used to be regarded as a slightly abrasive boss and demands people to be creative and innovative. He wants everyone to report to him and be accountable for their acti8ons. In the middle of meetings, he would interrupt and ask questions to challenge assumptions and facts.
