According to Marvin, son “Gaye’s make me wanna holler” African Americans had applied to communicate social problems with other African Americans. For instance, by the year the 1970s, the Black Power Movement was established beside the Civil Rights Movement, r&B soul music was applied to strengthen the race differences, which could precipitate both Black American and White American societies. More so, the development of African American R&B music shows simultaneously on how Black American has been marginalized a form of Black American music and its issues in the presence of sign of American R&B music. As a result, African American R&b entails three historical processes that offer the understanding framework of the cultural context and social context for Africa American development. Additionally, it has effectively shown how African America migrated to urban areas revolving around World War I and II and Civil Rights Movements. Besides, Africa American R&B has efficiently shown how other African American residents who migrated in urban areas are being confronted and discriminated against while the issuance of houses and employment is concerned, such as being segregated and given restrictive agreements. Also, African American R$B has shown how Blacks were discriminated against being the majority of theater owned by Americans forcing the African American actors to maintain their theater booking on the least number through limited Theater Owners’ Booking Association circuit.
Therefore to minimize social issues between African Americans and White Americans, more R&B musicians should come up effectively with more art explaining how people should eliminate such problems as; voting rights, race difference, equality among all people, equal education to all people as well. Therefore, doing so will create a favorable environment for all people, thus enhancing peace and development to people’s social class groups.
